The staff was friendly, which I appreciated, but the service felt a bit rushed during my visit. It wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average overall. If that’s the usual pace here, I’d say it’s fine for a quick stop, but not really anything special.

I mean, it can be really good sometimes... but it depends on which location you go to. Some places are great and everything tastes fresh, and then other times it’s kind of hit or miss. So yeah, not bad overall, just not always consistent.

This was a really big bowl and definitely filling. I was hungry when I got it, and it actually kept me full for a while (which doesn’t always happen). Overall, a solid choice if you want something hearty.

I ordered from Pokeworks the sauce was the best part for me. The spicy ponzu had a good little kick without being too much, and it worked really well with the rice and fish. Everything tasted fresh too. Simple, but it made the bowl a lot better. I’d definitely order it again.

I really like Pokeworks because there’s so much to choose from :) You can build your own bowl, or just grab one of their premade options when you’re not in the mood to think too hard. They’ve got plenty of proteins, toppings, and sauces too, so it never feels like I’m stuck ordering the same thing every time!

Pokeworks is in a really convenient spot for me, so I’ll give them that. It’s close enough that I can swing by after work without going out of my way, which is the main reason I keep coming back. That said, parking can be irritating, and when it gets busy, the whole area feels cramped really fast. The food is perfectly fine, nothing I’d complain about too much, but it’s more the convenience than anything else that makes it worth stopping in. Overall, 3 stars.

I ordered on pokeworks.com for pickup and the whole thing was really smooth. I picked out my bowl, paid online, and got the confirmation email and receipt right away, which made it easy to keep track of. When I got there, my order was ready pretty much at the time they said, so I didn’t have to wait in a long line or explain everything again. The food was packed nicely and still tasted fresh by the time I got back. Super convenient for a quick lunch when I’m short on time. I’d definitely order this way again.

Stopped in for lunch the place was really clean. Tables were wiped down, the floor looked taken care of, and the food area didn’t feel messy or gross at all. Just made it easier to relax and eat there. That’s it
